Processing and Handling
Fitness-Kingz do our best to process most orders as soon as possible however estimated processing times for different categories are as follows:
1. For all orders related to categories Body Wellness, Yoga & Meditation Products and Workout Wear it takes 1-3 days for 80% orders, 4-8 days for 15% orders and over 8 days 5% orders for all countries around world.
2. For Health Supplements order fulfillment time takes 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders that contain more than 10 items might take 3-10 business days to fulfill.
3. For orders belongs to Home Exercise Equipment's we do our best to process all orders within 1-2 days, but depending on order size some orders can take 1 to 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Shipping Areas
We currently ship Home Exercise Equipment's, Fitness Trackers only to United States because of their massive size and heavy weights and our fulfillment center locations. However, all other categories we ship all countries around the world at valid address.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking numbers. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment through the carrier's website. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
In the rare event that your shipment is lost or significantly delayed, please contact our customer support team. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible or we will provide you immediate refund for the order.
Returns Due to Shipping Issues
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item due to a shipping issue, please contact our customer support team within 10 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions on returning the item and arranging for a replacement or refund.
Custom Duties and Fees
For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply by local authorities. These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for information on these charges. For 90% of our products the customer dont required to pay customs.
